Sábado 20.08.2005,

Multirão da equipe para concluir tudo para a apresentação para a segunda olimpiada tecnológica 2005 dia 26 e 27/08/2005. Ficamos de 8 da manhã até as 18 e só paramos para o almoço (feijoada na Gaiola q Neto tanto queria).

Depois da feijoada só faltava mesmo testar o conjunto completo da nossa simulação de linha de produção que pode ser visto em detalhe na foto a seguir e é composto por 1 Balança de pesagem TOLEDO de 20Kg, uma impressora Térmica TOLEDO 451, 1 leitor de cartões com código de barras para identificação do operador e o nosso braço mecânico com 3 graus de liberdade que pega a caixa na posição prefixada, leva para a pesagem na balança... depois da pesagem é impressa a etiqueta contendo o peso da caixa e a caixa é levada de volta para o local desejado.

Essa é a galera toda junta opinando e anciosa para ver e participar dos testes finais do robô

Agora q vc já viu as fotos do projeto final e já sabe como funciona... veja o video q com certeza diz muito mais por si só e é muito mais legal do que todo esse blablabla!

O primeiro vídeo é a filmagem da primeira vez q o robô efetivamente pegou a peça, pesou e trouxe de volta... executando sozinho e sem nenhuma intervenção externa um script pre-determinado.
